  • You need passion
  • You need a vision and a task
  • You need answers to: what do you really want to get out f life? How can you help others in a way that no one else can?
  • You need commitment to stay the course. Create an army of followers. Train and reward them by meeting their needs. Motivation + rewards -> inspiration, education, entertainment
