Usoit clothing traditionally consists of a shirt with simple embroidery (typically around the collar) that has a low-cut V-neck to allow it to be easily pulled over the head. Shirts come to mid-thigh. Overtop of the shirt is a shawl that cinches at the waist with several belts. These belts are often accompanied by beaded belts, pouches and other accessories. Shawls keep the Usoit warm, often lined with tassels or fur along the bottom, and give them easier climate control as they tend to journey through large areas throughout the day, experiencing fluctuating temperatures. They vary in weight and thickness for different weather and can be waterproofed against rain and snow. 

Across their back, Usoit traditionally wear a saddle blanket that matches their shirt and can be lined with tassels or fur. This blanket sits underneath a large bag on either side of their body, which attach together with two bands over their back and one under their stomach. These bags can have compartments or consist of several smaller bags, depending on the Usoit's preference. Usoit can exchange these bags for slings to carry children or saddles to carry bipedal passengers. 

Hair is often pulled upwards in a half or full ponytail and wrapped with ceremonial cloth representing their herd. This can either be done to the hair on their head or their tail. 

Belts of beads, small foraging pouches, bandanas, and piercings are all common decorations. Scarfs are also common, though they tend to be climate-dependent.
